Payment: Rental requests are held for 24 hours. Payment must be received within 24 hours to confirm and secure the time slot. Rentals are not secured until payment is received.

Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows will not receive a refund or a makeup credit.

Rental Time: Rental time begins and ends at the scheduled time. Any time exceeding the scheduled rental without prior approval will be billed accordingly.

Waivers: All participants must have a signed waiver on file prior to the rental.

Equipment & Clean-Up: Renters are responsible for leaving the facility clean and undamaged. Any damage will result in additional charges.
